The Wikimedia movement faces a challenge that needs to be overcome: the rift between the Foundation and the editor community. Communication is key but this challenge is not just about communication. I am a working content writer who is critical of bureaucratic excess and reform minded. I am generally supportive of the changes at WMF during the Tretikov administration but certainly remain concerned about "legacy debacles" such as SuperProtection and Flow.
